Corrugated CamFlex belt with molded conical nubs running through a conveyor frame

CamFlex™

The nubbed belt that holds throughput at the climb.

Steep inclines where throughput can't be traded away for angle.

Conveyor Belts

Nubbed for the climb.

CamFlex carries a molded field of nubs instead of tall cleats. The nub pattern grips material on the incline while keeping the belt surface flexible, so material keeps moving at steeper angles without the speed penalty a conventional cleated belt pays.

These are documented application examples from the CamWall / CamFlex brochure, not guarantees for a new application.

Pebble lime

Unloading at 150 TPH

Applications

Where it works

  • Coal & lignite

Volume handling where the climb can't slow the flow.

  • Biomass & wood products

Light, bulky, inconsistent material that punishes standard belts.

  • Grain & agricultural bulk

Gentle handling that protects product quality at scale.

  • Sticky, high-moisture material

Geometry designed to carry and release material that clings.
