Own the territory.
Cambelt is building the Scorpion™ transloader dealer network — and we are looking for a small number of serious partners who will stock it, rent it, service it, and grow it.
A line worth building a business on
Scorpion is not a line extension. It is a machine that solves a job most fleets cannot take on — and the dealer who owns it in a territory owns the conversation.
01
A machine people ask for by name
Railcar unloading and portable transloading is work that has to happen whatever the weather, whatever the material. The Scorpion does it with a ride-along operator station and a 180° drop-down boom — there is not much else in the yard that looks like it.
02
Rental utilization, not shelf time
Transloading demand is seasonal, project-driven, and urgent. That is the profile that keeps rental fleets busy and day rates firm — and it converts. Renters who prove the machine on their own material buy it.
03
Revenue after the sale
Parts, service, wear components, and RPO conversions keep earning long after the unit leaves the yard. A dealer who services what they sell owns the customer for the life of the machine.
04
Territory, not a catalog listing
We are not looking for one hundred dealers. We are looking for a few partners who will genuinely develop Scorpion in their territory — and we intend to back them properly.
Who we're looking for.
This is a partnership, not a purchase order. If most of this describes your operation, we should talk.
- Established in heavy-duty equipment rental
- Yard and shop space to store and stage units
- Able to perform your own maintenance and basic repairs
- Willing to stock Scorpion transloaders and rental units
- Willing to stock critical service parts
- Able to offer RPO / rental-purchase options
- Committed to actively developing the Scorpion business in your territory
We back the dealers who back the machine
A dealer program is only as good as what stands behind it. Here is what comes with the territory.
Protected territory
A defined territory held while performance commitments are met. You build the market; you keep it.
Dealer pricing and program structure
Dealer pricing with rental and RPO program structures built to work in a rental P&L.
Technical support from the builders
Direct access to the people who design and build the machine — not a call center script.
Fee-based engineering services
When an application needs real engineering, Cambelt engineering is available to your customer on a fee basis, with you in the room.
Training for techs and sales
Factory and on-site technical training so your shop can service the fleet and your sales team can sell it properly.
Parts and documentation priority
Priority access to critical service parts, plus service documentation and drawings for the units you support.
Demo and try-before-you-buy support
Demonstration support on the customer's own material — the fastest way we know to close a transloader.
Sales tools and lead routing
Spec sheets, imagery, proposal support, and qualified end-user leads routed into your territory.
