Todd McBride, President

Joined Cambelt in 2023

Todd has had the opportunity to work in aerospace, medical and industrial fields throughout his career. Covering such jobs as engineer, contract manager, program manager and director, operations manager, business unit manager, mergers and acquisitions, general manager, and president prepared him for this role in leading Cambelt. “These roles each played a significant role in shaping my understanding and thinking process in business.”

Working in many areas over his career enables Todd to understand all the functions of a business and how they work together. This has provided Todd with the knowledge to make accurate decisions quickly. “I can relate to all types of people and communicate at various levels from the shop floor worker to the CEO.”

Cambelt is a small company with a product offering that no one else can match. This is due to our world class belt and knowledgeable engineering services. With the right team now in place Todd is excited to see our new trajectory.

Outside of work, Todd enjoys all things outdoors; weekend cabin life, 4-wheeling, snowmobiling, golfing, skiing, and doing it with my family. I also enjoy working on and modifying cars and trucks to various degrees.

Justin Barker, Global Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Joined Cambelt in 2023

Prior to Cambelt, Justin spent 13 years in the Water Treatment Technology industry in roles from VP of Business Development, VP of Sales and Chief Revenue Officer.  Justin was a member of leadership teams that successfully executed two private equity deals totaling over $150 million dollars.  Prior to the water technology space, Justin spent 16 years in the Medical Diagnostics & Pharmaceutical Industries in various levels of sales, marketing, management, and leadership.

Justin is responsible for developing and executing the sales and marketing strategy, building a tier one sales team and growing global sales.  2024 will bring significant growth and promise for sustained growth thereafter.

Outside of work, Justin is a devoted husband and father of four children.  He is highly engaged in community service throughout the greater Salt Lake Valley with his efforts in the Knights of Columbus.  Justin also serves as the Battalion Training Officer for The United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps, located in SLC.  He is dedicated to Navy program and supports all branches of the United States Military though the training of young men and women in their preparation for military service.  He enjoys coaching youth sports, golf, hunting, fishing, cooking, and live music.

Spencer Moeller, Controller

Joined Cambelt in 2023

Spencer brings more than 10 years of global finance, accounting, and strategy experience to his role as Controller of Cambelt. He is a passionate business leader who removes silos, instills urgency, and drives for accuracy and integrity to achieve continually positive financial results. His experience auditing large public companies, including defending audits in front of the PCAOB, makes him the go-to expert when it comes to GAAP and SOX Compliance. Spencer holds an MBA as well as a master’s degree in accounting. He has spent his career growing small companies, setting standards, establishing processes, and ensuring corporate compliance.

Beyond the boardroom, Spencer finds joy in playing with his two young boys and cherishing moments with his incredible wife. He is passionate about good food, quality family time, sports, and travel. Spencer loves being involved in local service events and is always looking for opportunities to do good.
